The accepted quotation and written appointment identify the parties, scope, fees, taxes, deposits, responsibilities, programme, changes and completion evidence. A website enquiry alone does not create a booking or contract.

The agreement identifies functional requirements, supported platforms, data responsibilities, acceptance criteria, intellectual property rights, deployment, warranty and ongoing support. Access must be authorised and changes recorded.
