What to send with a cargo clearance enquiry
A few details help the service desk review the instruction before the cargo arrives.

Start with the bill of lading or airway bill, the cargo description, expected arrival, destination and contact details for the person giving the instruction.
Tell us which work you need: clearance, forwarding, transport or delivery. If you have an invoice, packing list or a previous instruction reference, mention it in your message. The service desk will confirm which documents are needed for the particular consignment.
Keep the quotation and agreed scope together. Changes to the cargo, delivery address or timing should be recorded with your handling officer.
