The accepted quotation and written appointment identify the parties, scope, fees, taxes, deposits, responsibilities, programme, changes and completion evidence. A website enquiry alone does not create a booking or contract.

Carrier schedules, customs decisions, duties, inspections, storage and release are controlled by the relevant parties. Declare restricted goods and special handling requirements before instruction. Financing or advance funding requires its own written agreement.
